Are Nike Frees really that good? I was under the general impression that Nike made shitty running shoes.

Recent purchases: Fage 2% Fat Greek Yogurt large 36 oz container and 5 7 oz containers, pint of Talenti gelato, 4 James Blake tickets. Got my Geller flight shorts yesterday super nice.

I've heard from many people that those are the most comfortable shoes ever.

I'm not an expert when it comes to running shoes but Nikes Free and Lunar shoes are getting good praises. And yes, they are comfortable and can serve my purpose on both running and general training. I love how it fit so much, I already got another pair on the way. :D

I also like their Nike Plus program, the challenges/program seems like a good motivational tool of sorts. I'm joining friends and other forums community challenges. Could be fun.

Got some dri-fit socks on the way. :nodding:

Excellent, the black and gray ones are built like iron and work well, too lazy to get the sensor to link up to nano.

LOL @ old school running techniques and shoes.

I'm not crazy about those.... but Nike does occasionally make some good running shoes. Though right now my pair (that I need to replace) are saucony.

I don't know. It is ridiculously thick and pretty heavy. For super cold weather I got my down filled Junya parka that I braved the Nordic winter with :)

My old running/training shoes is NB and these Frees far surpasses it in comfort. Not much support but I don't really plan to play ball in these.
