There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

I still have some inexplicable, unjustifiable hesitancy about barleycorn but this sure looks good. It's moved my internal meter a notch closer to the "what was I thinking?" side.

I have maybe 8 of these Piatelli Trim Fit shirts. The fit is great (although I've found that there can be a significant variance in the waist between shirts of the same size), and I especially love the collar. I really wish they came in non-iron. Some of the fabrics are extremely hard to remove wrinkles from - and I have an iron with a separate boiler.

Very interesting that you mention the wrinkles - I too have an iron with a separate boiler and even so, getting the fine wrinkles out on this shirt is a touch tougher than other shirts. Not much tougher, but enough to notice. It's interesting because the fabric actually has a nice hand to it, a bit of drape, it's not scrunchy at all which is what I would have thought would cause/hold wrinkles more. Regardless, still a winner.

And, now that you mention the sizing, I wish I would have tried on a few more in the same size. This one is adequately trim, meaning it'll need a nip/tuck at the tailor, but I wonder if there were others that wouldn't. Hmmm, will see for next time.

The hat will need some more shaping since it's been rolled up in the box for a while, but other than that it's exactly what I was after.

    thanks, cleav!

not sure what size you are but they have more of 'em on shopthefinest. and if that is sold out in your size, they have lots of other very similar brown striped shirts.

Interesting, I was just thinking "I need to get a brown striped shirt someday" a few days ago. Looks great :)

Wonder why the shirt doesn't seem to have a tag in the stock photo...

You are going to love the Carminas, Stitchy. I have the exact same pair and wear them all the time.
