This is the color of the red chinolinos!

here's my hesitation: what to wear with them. I keep waffling on the ones I saw in-store at STF.

were they that color red? (like a deep rich red) I have only seen faded looking reds from incotex or fireman reds since.

deeper reds look great with white shirts, blue gingham, blue striped.

i'd throw a ribbon belt in there with drivers or mocs, or perhaps suede belt and shoes

I usually pair them with a blue (what else?

) shirt, brown suede shoes and a navy blue based sport coat. Cream, tan, grey and navy blue sweaters works well too. Friendly warning: In London they're referred to as the billionaire trouser - mockingly of course.

in store - Ian had a few others that seemed more solid-mid red. but I think I'm going to pass on the millionaire trousers (like that name for them).

When you go into the main warehouse room, he usually has them in a non-descript box sitting on top of the file cabinets to the right. He has Nicky, Attolini (awesome squares) and a few other types. He only asks $29 for them.

I seriously considered buying the 25 or so he had, and putting them on B&S for $35 shipped - just to share the good deal.

He also has some St Crispin and Handmade Sutors right now - both around $500. The Cripsins may be impossible to resist.

Thanks - I'm there next week!

2 dunhill key chains. Probably 1 will be sold
