First pair. My first pair of raws were N&F and I wasn't too impressed with them. I'm hoping the APC fade faster and fit better. I got -1 and -2 so I'll probably be posting a noobish "which pair should I keep?" picture this evening!

I didn't mean to sound condescending, just that LVCs don't go on sale, at least I didn't see any and there is a pretty significant price difference between Levi's made in LCC and US.
On a related note, I find it strange that you wear them for amonth and then throw them away :D

Well these are bought in the Levi's store in France. But it says it's made in Pakistan so. Not throw away but not wear so often I have like 20 pair jeans some of them are still brand new.

If I use pants I often go with khaki pants instead of jeans.

Mine were made in Turkey, btw. (Just saw it on the label.)

They're pre-shrunk; I'm not sure if you call that a wash. (I've been wearing jeans for about 35 years, but I don't know much about the "technicalities" :embar:.)

^^ That's weird, I thought all LVC clothing was made in the US.

I have noticed that it varies within the LVC line. Some models are USA made while others aren't. On Unionmade's website they sell a bunch of LVC. Some, like the 1944 and 1947 501XX are US made. I guess it just depends on what pair you buy.

It knots quite well and will be a perfect compliment to a variety of jackets.

Well you are lucky they don't have them anymore. But Levi's is having sale all over the place? Here in France it's 50-70%, not much left but still.
