Actually I think divots are caused by a variance between the size of the armscye and sleeve. if there is not enough material in the upper sleeve to fit into the opening, it will create weird shapes.

finally gave thetiebar.com a shot. Havent tried their ties, but im VERY pleased with the squares. 8-10 bucks apiece, and the cotton is easily on par with the cotton talbott squares i have. anyway...heres the few i picked up
