    Not sure about the tie with that suit. They are both pretty loud as it is. That suit is best with a quieter tie and vice versa IMO. Also, those lapels are very skinny, and that tie seems to be about 3.75".

    Thanks, but sadly, I now think the bag is a fake so I've contacted the seller to cancel the transaction. When I searched for similar bags online, I could only find deep discount bags at sites known to be fake as per Belstaff's official website warns.

    Super Fun Time today, really a great experience and found "prize pieces" to remember the trip.

    Two solid ties from AD56
    "7" Ties from Al Bazar
    brown and blue belt, Al Bazar
    two shirts (what a fucking great fit these are, and collar forms the perfect inverted V....had to buy two)
    bracelet (Tateossian)
    acqua di parma deep brown buffalo leather travel dopp kit, lies flat (yellow cotton lining)
    DB al Bazar jacket arriving tomorrow after handstitched sleeve buttonholes finished (delivering to the hotel, too kind!! great dinner recommendations from these guys, too)

    I haven't handled the bag, but all signs point to it being one of any number of bags sold from fake belstaff retailers online. The seller also conveniently lost any proof of purchase. He partially refunded me minus 9% of the sale, so now I have to wait until April 7 to open an eBay case to get the rest of my money back.

    So just fyi, if any of you see this Belstaff bag on eBay, I'd think twice before purchasing unless the seller can provide proof of purchase from a genuine retailer.
