1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

    It's a photograph, not a movie.
I must have been a bit vague. What I meant: I don't think the photo was taken while they were walking. They must be standing there like this since 1964. That was the time they had their final fitting on the trousers. More directly: The pants are to tight IMO. Maybe it's their way of playing with proportions, what do I know. I guess, Fuuma is needed to analyse the photo for us non-intellectuals.

Actually, they can't move in their trousers.

More directly: The pants are to tight.

For all we know, Stirling Gilette might have short, fat, stumpy legs and it is just plain envy on his part! [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]

I think this pic deserves its own thread but I have been accused of starting 'copious' amounts of threads, so posting it here. [IMG]

His style isn't to my taste, but I also commend him for developing a style that he is obviously happy wearing.

Can someone put this look into context for me?
Geometrically it is a mess, conceptually it has no context for me in history, culture or art. Aesthetically it is a mess. So , I will call this look: drawer number 4, or if he has no dresser: black bag number 4.

Young Republicans are not too far removed from certain German mindsets (cue Cravate_Noire).

Verbindungen -- I bet Sterling is a member of one.
