Liverano shoulder is the anti Neapolitan shoulder. convex rather than concave. completely unlined versus some padding. there is common characteristic in the backward sweeping shoulder seam though.

Is that a pin or embroidery on his tie?? I noticed it on the previous tie as well. It's curious.
