    Looks like Rubinacci's house hopsack.
Hmm. Not the answer I wanted to hear, having a different tailor... thank you, though! I think I recall seeing something vaguely similar (albeit a bit darker) in an H&S book a while ago. Still, I know what my next summer suit will be, if I can find something similar. Lovely colour.

Lapo, on a recent visit to Rubinacci. The guy loves the w-i-d-e lapels doesn't he?

I don't look to Lapo for inspiration as a rule, but I'm thinking that the best combination with a pink tie is shown here with a white shirt and tan suit.

    Luca looks civilized. Bravo!

In that picture, Luca wins handily.

Maybe Lapo could have his own Friday challenge for the largest F-U lapels?

As long as they aren't contrast lapels, I'm fine with them. But Lapo can't be trusted not to do so.

The fit is good but those lapels are ridiculous.

    I lol'ed.

Assuming they're for a DB as it appears, I think he gets away with it, and it looks good. Just. Or maybe it's just that they seem sedate in comparison to half of what he wears...!
