For your consideration an amazing suit from the MTM service of Zegna.
Suit is made of high performance microsphere, a very modern material made of wool capable of resisting creases, perfect for travelling and is very stain and water resistant.
Staple, solid charcoal, 3 buttons, 3 roll two, dual vents, non working cuffs, minimal to none shoulder padding, roma fit notch lapels.
The jacket fits like a true EU 48R drop 7, US 38R drop 7, while the pants fit more slimmer, they measure around a 46R but has material to be let out both at the waist and at the legs.
