Nothing the Post does surprises me. That being said, I had goosebumps the size of shot glasses after seeing that video. The only thing I could do was rub my arms and say "FAWK!!!!" repeatedly

I watched it 10+ times yesterday and each time I did, I expected to see "this vid is not available".

I just looked at it again. DAMM!

A couple years ago I was about 50 yards behind a motorcyclist who got sucked under a semi and shot out the back. Why anyone would want to relive stuff like that is beyond me.

That guy with the backpack literally avoided death by a split second. He was so mind blown that he didn't know what to do. Can you imagine how teh 5 people trapped in the elevator with half of the poor dead guy's body? Yeeeesh!!!!

Video shows trio of robbers during brazen midday Diamond District heist

This vid makes me laugh:
-Guy with fake dreads looks right at camera
-Guy with fake dreads touches chair
-Guy with Trinidad bandana has hands all over white table
-Guy with fisherman's hat...nice view of his face
-All 3 guys don't watch The First 48!

well, I don't want to watch it, what's the deal, the guy try to rush into a closed elevator?
Tried to rush out of an elevator before it fell. I think it was on the first floor though, so probably would have made it if he wasn't between the doors and stayed on like the other folk.

Nope. He was trying to get out.

Anyone know a good place to buy eyeglasses in NYC? Looking for brands like Garrett Leight, Dita, etc...

I buy my glasses at Visionary Optics in Chelsea. Great selection and terrific staff. Also has a location in the Upper East Side.

Union Square Optical has some cool models from makers I'd never heard of but appear to have real creds. I found the pricing and service lacking, though. Devonshire had a nice selection but nothing that made me excited to put them on my face for 15 hours a day. Service was outstanding, though.

If I end up with too much FSA money left I’ll probably go to check one of these...
