There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

It's kinda funny to watch weather reports and listen to them try to evade admitting that they hyped this.

The state Dems needed a victory and it seems snowmageddon was as deflated as a Patriot's football.

Still no updates from the LIRR. I was hoping to get into the city today, but that's looking unlikely.

The parks are still closed in fear that someone will be taken out by a falling tree limb laden with 3" of snow.

Have de Blasio, Christie and Cuomo started congratulating each other yet?

They have converted one of the fields on Riverside Drive into a pen to hold the people they caught driving last night.

Didn't expect to hear from you again after last night's brave foray across those six blocks. Do you have tales of derring-do?

This is almost as bad as the Bay Area's overreaction to the rainstorms last month. But at least NYC was threatened with snow.

The sled runs are in great shape. Yay!!
To my surprise the parks department hadn't put out the hay bales yet. They should be out tomorrow, I bet.

^^ One expects sanfranians to panic. Newyorkians should be made of sterner stuff.

I only wish that there had been a massive storm. Would have loved to see a snowbound de Blasio rescued by a CP horse and carriage.

WTF is up with Cuomo? How does the governor get to decide whether NYC's public transit picks up passengers? And the travel ban? Come the fuck on, man.
