I wish we knew the bitchy girls name.

I want to see her Facebook wall. Since the video is so clear and since it's being plastered on all the NY news sites, anybody who knows her is totally going to think "bitch, you were rocked" anytime they see her. And all of the dirty talk behind her back. So satisfying.

Yep. It was also on Good Day NY earlier. Lead story(or number 2.) So funny and deserved.

Fuck her. She's a an entitled bitch who thought she could get away with anything. If I met that guy I'd high five him. It's not like he punched her, just knocked her off her high-horse.

Gotta love the hypocrisy. You know if it had been reversed and the dude was in her face about, say, her shitty weave, and she had smacked him, then the Twitterverse would have been full of, "that's what you get for disrespecting a woman" and, "so good to see a strong woman stand up to abuse".

Misspelled and grammatically incorrect, of course. It is Twitter, after all.

I just come here to see what cool things I can do when I visit friends who have spent their NYC-lives inside the walls of investment banks and thus might as well live in the middle of Nebraska (except with later bar closings and douchier clubs)

his charges are fairly minor, and if he's got a clean record, the punishment would probably be quite light, even if proven guilty.

the felony, on the other hand, is a much more serious thing to deal with. I hope it sticks.

Another update from NY1. Love the last sentence....

An argument on the subway this weekend got heated quickly, escalating to an all-out brawl.

The fight appeared to break out after 25-year-old Danay Howard insulted the clothing of 21-year-old Kevin Gil.

Amateur video of the incident was uploaded online.

Police say it happened just after 4 a.m. Saturday morning on a northbound F train in Manhattan.

They and two other people involved were arrested at the West 4th Street station.

Three of them now face charges of assault and disorderly conduct.

Howard is being charged with felony assault because she allegedly used a high heel shoe as a weapon.

got it. At first I didn't know why she was given the felony. Thank god for them 'Maddens.

edit: i thought she was holding her purse and hit the guy with her purse. No way did I believe that heels could be so ugly. But nope, she hit him with the heel, and the Slap of Justice sent one flying in one direction and the other in a different direction.
