    true, i normally call in for a quick one around 5 pm. after that it gets chaotic.

    popped in to BMW once for a glass of wine, seemed like a nice spot.

    @Manton While I agree with most of your points, I definitely haven't experienced things as bad as your are discussing. If anything, just about anything political has just not discussed at all in the office. When it has been, it's been fairly conservative in my experience, far more than I would have expected.

    Outside of the office, I've heard plenty of eye-rolling comments for sure.

    I am sure this varies by industry.

    From what my friends have said of Wall Street and Banking corporate culture, there's quite a lot of right wing thinking going on, not to mention racism, sexism, bigotry, and general alpha one upmanship.

    To be fair, most of that was about Goldman and to a lesser extent JPM Chase.
