1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

With desserts as with women, fussiness and deliciousness are not mutually exclusive (although betimes it would be nice if they were).

can confirm that they are tasty. And, unlike cupcakes, there aren't 5 macaron stores per block.

Macarons might be one of the most perfect foods on earth.

yea. there are some pros and cons with macarons (mostly people trying to create stupid flavors), but for one sweet that can encompass a big range of textures and flavors, macarons are pretty awesome.

IMO the most perfect food might be chicken. A good chicken and you can make it awesome in a huge number of ways.

i can see the argument for pig as the perfect food, though I like the smallness of chicken.

From the FB page of a friend who recently adopted two Ethiopian kids:

    I'm making bacon.

    [Son]: Mom, what this? Fish?
    Me: No, pig.
[Son]: Yech! Me no pig. Ethiopia no pig.
    Me: Try it. It's good.
    ([Son] tries it)
    [Son]: Wow.

Are we talking about Yakitori Totto or a new place? I thought that was around before the Totto Ramen.

They are, I think the ride is $70+ though since they have to pay for the toll back.

    Not Pranna.

This guy was caucasian, so don't think it was him.
