I get almost no exercise but my weight does not change because I watch what I eat. Like aravenel, I view weekends as my cheat days...I'll have egg sandwiches for breakfast and a piece of fish for dinner.

I need to re-join the Y. All the ones around here have pools, tracks, machines. I hate gyms that are just treadmills and weight machines.

the people with the red cans and the bells were out yesterday. I forget which charity it is.

doesn't piss me off necessarily, but it seems really early into the season.

Reminds me of Chris Rocks' comments on heroes.

is it wrong that I want all the DeBlasio voters to get mugged?

I really can't believe only 25% of voters voted Lhota. WTF is wrong with people?

We're going to get exactly what we deserve, I am afraid to say.

BTW, when you get to the end of the video that Dopey posted, there are some great links to other vintage NYC mayhem. In our future!

What happens if NYC doesn't fall apart under de Blasio? And for how long will things need to stay good before it's no longer the residual effect of Giuliani/Bloomberg?
