No. Lovely autumn day that will only cost me $85 to cool my place.
NYPD released a few more suspect ID's in the motorcycle incident. The thing that I can't wrap my head around is the fact that most of these guys appear to be well into their 30's. I expected late-teen early-20's bimbos, but no.

oldie but goodie:
It's almost impossible to find a free place indoors to read a book in Manhattan. You have to purchase noise-free habitation, if you're lucky enough to find a place where you can escape music or HVAC equipment. I have no idea how books get read in NY.
NYPL? Hotel lobbies?
The library is your friend. You might be able to buy membership to NYU or Columbias libraries as well (as a current student I have no idea about such real world hassles), which are great for, you know, reading.
1) WTF weather. It is insanely humid and disgusting outside. Wishing I had not taken down our air conditioners.
2) Lovely commute this morning. "There is no service on this line to Manhattan" is not what you want to hear.
Not only is it humid upstate, but we're under a tornado watch until 5pm.
also a tornado warning for all 5 Boroughs. What's the deal with this?
trop storm Karen. Supposed to get a real deluge some time this afternoon.
