Manton, an NYC question: when did you first move there and what part of the city did you live in?
"As a New Yorker I instantly had to tweet about this place."
Please take this miserable turd away from my city.
I take it you're more of an instagram guy?
It's okay, Bhowie. I won't judge you because of it.
Murray Hill (pre-frat boy douchebaggery overtake of the neighborhood). I think later it was the UWS with a big kitchen.
those might need to be switched.
Lived in manhattan twice, first was Turtle Bay (1993) second was Murray Hill (1998)
Murray Hill apt was nice, emory roth building, big apartment, classy layout.
I was more referring to the types of drills kids do in school (which some love but most don't) but I hear you. I realize that children very badly want to communicate, just as they want to walk so they can get around. And it's great that your child is so enamored of learning. I'm sure you created a nurturing environment that encouraged it, and I commend you.
On a scale of 1 to douchebag, where does the guy who smoked an e-cigarette like a fucking cigar at Craft tonight land?
Teaching them to communicate has pros and cons, of course ...
This is such a privileged argument, and a poor one at that. There's lots of well-cited peer-reviewed research that says exactly the opposite, and I would even go as far as saying your claim flies in the face of the entirety of modern psychology and sociology.
Don't be that guy.
Yes, you creeper.
