Many men are ambivalent about children but most get involved with women who want them eventually.
1. Everyone complains about new electronic voting machines failing.
2. State Legislature passes bill to allow old lever machines for the primary, which everyone agrees will fix the problem.
3. Come primary day, the lever machines are all breaking down. Of course!
Remember the good old days before Diebold invented election fraud?
Tough economic times are basically a self-limiting form of population control. Particularly now of those who are educated, fiscally prudent, "rational" thinkers, far too burdened by the fear of financial insecurity to conceptualize the reality we are currently living in. You may think you are making your own decision, but really, it is being made for you. And now it has become the new normal...or the "cool" thing to do...
That was a whole lot of words. But not all those people are hurting financially so what reason do they have to be concerned?

I won't be able to vote because I am stuck at work. This is very telling...
For some races in NYC the primary is basically the election.
My father is more red than blue.
But because he has lived his whole life in NYC, he is a registered Democrat because citywide office was almost always determined in the Democratic primary.
You can still vote for Lhota in the general.
The polling machine for my election district was broken. Had to use a paper ballot. And this is supposed to be faster than the electronic machines?
Fuck it was humid.

I've spent 100's in dry cleaning this year from sweating through my pants. Did it again this morning when I was standing waiting on the train platform for 30 minutes in the sweltering subway heat waiting for a stalled train. I have sweaty knees.
