Who makes really soft beanies? Really soft. Looking for 100% natural fibers only.

By beanies, I mean wool winter caps

During the winter I pretty much have a wool beanie on my head all day, indoors and out. Does anyone else do this? Do they irritate your forehead if they aren't insanely soft?

Cashmere, though wearing it constantly will be hard on it. The polyester "fleece" linings you find in some hats are probably softer than most wool or acrylic.

Get some hot hippie chick to knit one for you for the win.

Extra points if she smells super bad a la most hippie chicks.

I have a wool-angora-cashmere one from Banana Republic that I bought last winter sometime after Christmas. It is very soft and has held up well, though I only really wore it outside.

I've got one that I got from a military surplus store that is surprisingly soft for anything military surplus.
