    I don't get it. Do black people especially like MacDonald's or something?

    I think it's equally, or more, targetted at making McD's look like a cool and understanding place for blacks to work, as it is to eat. I remember a few years ago they considered getting Tommy Hilfiger to design new corporate uniforms so 'urban youths' would be more likely to work there or less likely to think it was a crap job.
