Real or Fake Earnest Sewns on ebay

I was wondering if these ES's are real or fake:

Are Earnest Sewn's popular enough to be faked on ebay? I have a real pair already, and it looks like the details are the same except for the inside pocket. The font looks the same, but the text seems to be in different places.
