If you're paying less than $600 on a used pair it's probably fake unless damaged/fatsize/ugly color.
It's hard to say from the photos but since Balmain jeans aren't overly well made in the first place (I've seen sloppy stitching on the real ones, and they tend to pick very cheap/crappy washes) that's probably a poor basis for authenticating them.
Genuine Balmain hardware is good, though -- the zippers are always smooth and heavy. I have no idea how to identify a fake lampo from a picture, but he sounds pretty confident about it.
Bottom line, I wouldn't buy anything from a seller who sold that fake LV, especially if he's still claiming that it was real.
if is a big R on the back of the zippo that means is a fake and stay away from it
moast of the ebay users buy them from india or china who can make them identical even the tags
then sell them with 6-8 hundred$ so it can make it is real
