Re-sewing ties?

I've been through my ties and I have a handful of good quality (T&A, Hermes, Ferragamo) ties where the long stitch from end to end has worked loose. Does anyone have experience at re-sewing this seam, or am I better off just writing the ties off?

Send em to tiecrafters for resewing. I have had it done and am pleaseed with the results.
