Raw Leather Goods (RLG) Belts: https://www.etsy.com/shop/rawleathergoods?ref=hdr_shop_menu

We have all experienced the frustrating moment when our favorite belt develops starts stretching out or tears at the holes. Our loss is only aggravated when we discover the "genuine leather" stamp so proudly stamped in the front only indicates that it is an inferior cut of leather.

Raw Leather Goods has solved this problem, forever. We craft our belts the old-fashioned way, completely handmade from the start. By fusing classic craftsmanship with modern designs, our belts are so well built that you can pass them down for generations.

Leather Finish: After much testing, we decided to go with the classic vegetable-tanned full-grain leather. Full-grain is the best cut of leather money can buy; the surface is naturally strong and has not been artificially "corrected". Veg-tanned right here in the U.S.A., this leather starts with a natural light color and develops a beautiful dark patina as it ages.

Minimalist Design: More parts = higher chance of defect. We minimize the amount of unnecessary pieces to reduce stress points.

Cutting: All of our straps are hand measured and hand cut. Each hole is individually punched.

Burnishing: The sides are burnished by hand for a smooth sealed edge. We finish this process by polishing with white beeswax for a professional glossy finish.
