I am kind of liking the somets. I've been wanting to get my wife a pair of raws as well, perhaps so she can empathize with my addiction, but she always turns it down, saying not until the baby-weight is all gone. Blah.

LOL, I had almost convinced my wife to get a pair of the Rising Suns a few months ago until I got her pregnant again. Blah is right, it's going to be maternity jeans again pretty soon.

I tried the raw thing with the wife, wasn't really into the idea of 'not washing'

if you want to see them mina has a pair of the somet 006s. she hasent been wearing them all that much so they still look new but they are actually my second favorite womens jean. and to the person who asked if commodorewheeler knows everything ... he is very informed when it comes to denim.

Well, "not washing" certainly isn't a requirement for raw denim. At worst, washing regularly decreases the contrast on your fades some, but it definitely doesn't hurt the denim.

Haha, she is actually older than me. Very petite. I'll take a look at them and show her some of those links. I live in Washington so there isn't much for in-person denim. Thanks for the advice so far, any more is always welcome.
