I like the jeans but I don't think it works as a whole.

rather then rate it i'll give you real feedback.

replace the jacket with a solid, replace the vest with ethier an odd vest (maybe suede?) or a v-neck sweater, in my opinion.

lool Good feedback so far. I think that casual nature of rolled up jeans really REALLY clashes with the rest of the outfit. Not in a good "ironic" way either. I think a solid jacket with a V-neck sweater, or even Sweater Vest if you're really Jonesing for some kind of vest, would greatly improve the look. A knit tie would do MUCH better than that horrid piece of neck wear.

I'm all about a jacket and jeans, but not with the vest...though even then the jacket is too much of a suit piece to fare well with the jeans.

If I had to fix the outfit, I'd take off the jacket and rock the vest as best you could.

lastly, I question the rolled up jeans? why?

This suggestion would make the outfit work, which it does not at the moment
