After much consideration I've put up my MTO VASS 43.5 (~ US 10 / 10.5D) Shell Chukkas for sale. The chukka design has too high of an instep for me so this is a sacrifice I have to make for more wearable shoes.
MTO price was $1,100 USD and 3 months wait from forum member (Kolecho). $1,050 for rarely-sourced Dark Cognac Shell and $50 for metal toe taps. I have also added Vibram rubber heels.
Color-comparison pic: Dark Cognac shell (reddish-brown, fantastic color) alongside Cigar Shell (Vass) and Burgundy Shell (Peal Boot).
Full disclosure: Shoe is in 90%+ condition, worn less than 10 times, inner lining may have wear due to putting a gel insert to offset the instep (didn't help). Ships with lasted shoe trees, but not original box.
$500 shipped, insured with tracking to North America, $535 elsewhere. Will entertain reasonable offers.
I am Paypal verified. I can also do Interac email transfer if you are in Canada (not sure about states).
