Rare Cifonelli Jacket - Reduced

This is a rare jacket made by Cifonelli. I bought this a while ago from Neiman Marcus and it has just been sitting in my closet. The jacket size label says it's a US38R but it runs large, more like a 40/42. Please see the actual measurements below. It is made of 100% silk. It has a lightly padded interior, which is perfect for Fall and Spring. Color is navy. Condition is new. Prefer US sale and payment by Paypal only. $200 shipped within COUSA or best offer.
