I didn't take a picture, but found a local high school Florida State Champion ring from 6 or 7 years prior. It was wrapped in paper towels and stuffed in the toe in one of the boots. My kids went to the same high school and were acquainted with the coach. We dropped the ring off to him and he called the young man and returned it to him. Needless to say, he was not happy that his mom was throwing out stuff from his closet without letting him know.

Also, bought a backpack and when I got home was going through it and, in a small zippered pocket, found a pandora bracelet with 7 charms.

Oh jeez...wrapped! But back when I had a roommate ages ago, I used to slide a used condom over his bedroom door handle at night...he'd get up to use the loo at 3am, grab that bag o' baby batter on the way back into his room, and lose his mind.

Referenced this a few times but here it is in pictures. Found a couple pairs of JM Weston shoes last year and when I got home, this 18" gold rope chain fell out of the brown pair. Got more for the chain than both pair of shoes

I once bought an old schott jacket and found a receipt for 26 dollars of steel bought some place in kansas on the date of my birth. I live in Norway. It's like the start of a bad novel.

Once got halfway through shooting a suit for ebay when I found the inside of the pants absolutely caked with dried feces. Not sure if it was he or I who had the worse day. Enough cannot be said about thorough inspection in store.

In the breast pocket of a bespoke dinner jacket I found a pressed handkerchief with a cardboard base, and a few pills of some very old Valium. Evidently engineering is one stressful calling.
