It's crazy healthy. I eat a bowl of it raw every day. It's so bitter and sometimes it taste like dirt that has been pissed on.

I haven't tried eating it plain. My standard post workout meal is some pasta, plumb tomatoes, some of those greens and around a pound of chicken breast cooked in chilli powder (dem natural thermogenics), can barely taste the greens.

Use your knee a bit more when tackling and that won't be a problem.

Yeah. Ankle tendons hurt bc I'm not used to that much lateral movement and the blisters are from where the shinguards wrapped around my foot.

Gonna aspirin the ankles and get some moleskin for the blisters.

Talked to some body builders at the gym, they said I'd still be natty because im not using anabolics, but then again I couldn't compete in most sports or like the tour de france using clen.

    Edit: Strong sides are strong.

Hit 385 on back squat today...best I've done since high school. Felt awesome..not super difficult either. I think I could do 405...will get back to you guys on that in 2 weeks. Feelsgood.

Also, switched from squatting in a pair of beater shoes to using just yoga socks...made a HUGE difference.

I prefer squatting barefoot. Not having a heel makes it much easier for me to keep my weight in the back of my foot, and everything just feels a lot more stable with my feet in direct contact with the ground.

Me too. The yoga socks are perfect...barefoot feel, extra grip, and no gym germs on my feet. Felt awesome. I'm never squatting with shoes again.
