Yeah t was playing right/left back.

Squats hit your quads pretty hard. A lot of power is coming from your posterior chain but your quads are pretty heavily engaged as well.

I guess. I should be clear that I'm not a bodybuilder and have no interest in increasing muscle size. My interest in lifting is purely about fitness. Still though, from an injury prevention standpoint I would be careful squatting from the knees rather than the hips.

Do you think it's worth buying one if I'm having knee pain? Pains not bad really, just feels like in getting pricked with a needle between sets. Doesn't hurt during squats,

    no god no

I think they help quite a lot with patellar tendonitis and stuff like that - they also keep the joint warm which is good if you're having pain there. Idk if they really work from a medical standpoint but hordes of lifters (some with knee problems) swear by them, so I think they're worth a shot.

and since this is styleforumz, it's more steez for teh biatches.

Ha! They fit awesome, different strokes I guess, but I've had nothing but great success with them. I've had 8 shirts made in the last couple years...

What about brand synergy though? I wear converse, inzer belt, inzer knee wraps (very rarely) and Titan wrist wraps. Will Rehband go with it? It's like wearing Michael Bastian and Rick.

What kind of knee pain are you experiencing fuji, what movements cause it, and where is it localized?

Feels like someones poking it with a needle, just when I move my knee about. Just to the right of my knee cap on my left knee. Jackals gym won't ship to APO, feels bad man.

Been running about 5 miles every other day, experiencing really sore calves. Weird because I used to only have shin splints. Maybe should tone down running.

When you're moving your knee is it a sideways motion or just when you take a normal step? If it's the former, a wrap will restrict your kneecap movements. The latter, you should see an ortho soon - pain around your kneecaps with normal motion is nothing to screw around with.

Normal with pose running, less normal with other methods of running IME -- really depends on how big a push you're giving off your ankle. Take a couple days off, RICE, and then go back to it. And of course, make sure you stretch.
