An arab spring guerrilla at the Y told me "you will tear your belly' by doing 95 lb front squats too deep today.

Soccer was a blast. I pushed around people who had a good 6+ inches on me and basically acted as a wall controlled by my buddies.

I'm also at a much better conditioning level then I expected.

I hate training sore. Upper back, ab and leg DOMS, this will not be a strong squat session. Starting a job on Monday, gonna have to cut down on my training. No more 6 days a week, maybe 4.

Describing squatting as a "quad" exercise = massive fail.

well I know I should've said I need leg strength, but I assumed that the readers ITT would get my point, which of course you did not. this is not something that amazes me entirely.

You're asking how 2 days is enough to lose strength and the reality of it is that it is not possible to lose that much legitimate strength in 2 days from eating 2.5 kcal / day. Any number of factors may have caused a temporary strength loss or your "good day" was the fluke. Thinking positive, I would suggest hotel living is terribly stressful and the sleep is poor.

If you are squatting properly, quads should barely be involved at all...
