    Gotta love running in the morning.. especially now when it's getting colder out. There's just something inherently awesome when you wake up early, head out your door and start flopping along - the air is cold and fresh, there's no traffic and you can just totally focus on the running.

    A good way to clear ones head (and kickstart the day).

    No doubt. Throw on some sweats for the morning run and I feel like the Champ.

    Sludge w/ apples? I might have to steal that one from you, sounds pretty damn good (especially considering my affinity for PB and green apples).

    Yeah- Sludge is best with PB IMO but I'm really cranking down the specific macros and calories per right now...

    What really rocks is sludge with PB and Bananas.

    Damn... was forced to lift at my campus facilities around lunchtime, b/c I overslept and had to attend my thesis seminar. Won't be doing that again anytime soon, I mean christ, was it ever swamped. [IMG]

    Also, somewhere along the 15 min mark, the gym started overflowing w/ freshmen and their tutors showing them around the facilities. All I can say, is that based on the incoming sample group, chubby is the new trim.

    On top of that while working in deads with another dude I know somewhat vaguely, I observed that his dl form was probably the worst I've seen in a while. Bro was lifting decent weight, but on the first rep his lower back rounded really bad, in that "counting-down-years-to-herniated-disc" way. On every subsequent rep his form was better, but he didn't unload the weight rather than bounced it from the platform. Having had a close call w/ my own lower back it kind of saddens me to see fit ppl rip themselves up voluntarily [IMG]

    That's the end of my rant, now I need some bananas & PB sludge [IMG]

    I am poor and being a vegetarian is expensive. Checked out the nutrition info for chicken breasts and sliced turkey.

    jaw = floor.

    Holy shit I don't even need to buy whey i can easily get my daily protein from turkey + cottage cheese + eggs.

    Well, that was a lifestyle that doesn't work outside of college.

    Every time I go to the gym I get this massive headache on the left side of my. Its really intense and feels like its throbbing and then it lasts for the rest of the day. Anyone know what it is? Couldn't even go to college because it hurt so much.

    You should go see a physician about this.

    No, its not even just when I work out. If I walk up stairs and do anything at all physically exerting it starts hurting. I have to walk really slowly or else it starts. Its worse when I do a bench press or military press, its not too severe when I just do curls.

    Walking stairs? Seriously- get to the doctor. Especially if this has been going on a long time.

    If it's recent, could be as simple as a sinus headache- but don't trust us phony interweb doctors.
