1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

Yes - this is insanely incorrect. Elite players will put in a 10k average per match.

The average football player runs far enough that if they were to run a marathon they would do it in 1h11, nearly half the world record of people who do it without kicking a ball, diving on the floor, turning to run the other way, or running slowly/not moving at all.

    No, they are definitely right.

No hate for people doing pullups BUT won't his head bang on the bar running from the front of the machine to the back?

Yeah you shouldn't do pull-ups like that unless you hate your scapula.

Of course where all my callouses are torn is extremely painful and I can't walk up a flight of stairs with out looking like a wobbly children's toy now...

Quote: The blacks are better if you have flatter feet. If you don't have naturally high(ish) arches, the greens might be big hurt.

You should just try them out, for at least a few days each. You could buy a whole drawer full of them for the cost of one pair of custom orthotics, so what the heck.

I always knew I had bad mobility that way because people would laugh when they saw me do it.

But this is the first time I've actually seen it for myself. :(

    How do I fix this?

*please don't laugh at me heaving and breathing hard when trying to touch hands

I'm not sure but if you listening closely, you can hear my gf trying to muffle her laughter as make straining faces during it.

    How to fix though? :\

I can touch my hands when putting my left arm behind my back and coming over the top with my right. When my right is behind my back, it isnt even close.
