Reading back the last 5 or so pages I think we have the same goals and general idea of how we want to look; not huge but not skinny either.
What's your workout scheme? Ever looked into leangains or things like that?

I do modified version of Layne Nortons PHAT with a lot of conditioning, more strength work and fewer movement (Don't really need 3 different kinds of curls when the only kind I like are preacher curls). Basically 3 hypertrophy days, upper body power day, lower body power day and then a day of just conditioning. Don't like lean gains, prefer to eat small portions all day.
these lighter classes are all supermanlets, e.g. my height (5´8") is the mean height for the -85 class.

I find it annoying to bring heavy DBs up to my chest for DB bench, perhaps this is just me though.
