    divide weight (pounds) by height (inches) to compare weight/heigh ratio with somebody. Bigger number wins.

    i did 1 rep maxes recently and found that despite not having lifted for a few months (not since january) my numbers only decreased by 10%. 125 for OHP, 205 for bench, 365 for deadlift

    excited cuz the gym moved to a more accessible location

    you telling him otherwise, you know, the part where you told him not to cut because he's too skinny? your attempt at a burn failed pretty badly too, as there's nothing to really walk into - as opposed to you affirming yourself as a smarmy know-it-all with every post you make.

    will you get off my nuts already? again, quite flattering, but you seem to be quite butthurt and its getting embarassing. how about you go back to posting gems like "halp guys how do i boosted metabolism??"

    on the topic of drinking, and im being quite serious here, you need to switch over to the green side of things. im not saying hurr hurr smoke weed every day, but stoned cheat days kick ass. i haven't found any research either for or against weed and training, and outside of the minor lung irritation, it works out pretty well.

    Ah, so essentially we have here me saying that it is possible for one to be too skinny for a cut, which you agreed with in a later post, and qualified my statement of fact by saying that I hadn't seen fuji but maybe he was at that point.

    So went to the gym today again.

    Strangely, I was blasting out my usual 5x5 squats without much issue.

    Guess my CNS was just not used to the strain after such a long lay-off.

    Finished with 4 x 200 sprints. My legs feels good man.
