    I think it is, at least. You've got to think about where you'd be cutting down to. Judging from your photo, you're still kind of "skinny fat". If you're just going to drop weight and bodyfat, you're going to end up "skinny."

    Think Fuji is in the same boat I am, wants to cut but unsure if there's enough muscle mass under it all.

    On another note my lower trap/trap/neck flaired up like crazy today from playing frisbee with the girlfriend. So fucking pissed, I've had this injury for like 3 months now and it hurts so bad, gives me like no range of motion in my neck and terrible headaches. I wish I had some money to see professional advice but until then it's daily stretches, ice, deep tissue work, and scapula and rotator strengthening work.

    Just reviewed my lifting spreadsheet and in 3 months:

    Chest dip went up 30 lbs
    Chin ups went up 30 lbs
    Bicep curl went up 20 lbs
    Squat went up 30 lbs
    Pull ups went up 30 lbs
    Calf raise went up 30 lbs

    Not bad I guess.

    GF's brother taught me how to shoot a basketball and idk if it's lifting or fitness or whatever but I caught on pretty quickly, given that I havent touched one in like 8 years. I then played a pickup game against her cousins; It's actually pretty fun.

    I suppose compared to someone like you I will look skinny at 180lb and 8ish% bf, but I don't think that will look that bad. Am still just training to be attractive to women basically especially in the summer. I could bulk through the summer and get up to 210 maybe 215 again, but I don't want to be soft through the summer when I can just cut for a month or 2 then start bulking again in late august until april next year.Irregardless of using the clen I still want to cut.

    had to lift at a commercial gym today as oly gym is closed. what a shithole, rows of cardio machines and all kinds of other machines that allow you to move one joint in some way or another. also complete with dyel personal trainer.

    and the place was full of ppl slumping around on treadmills while outside the sun is shining and it's a beautiful day. i cannot for the life of me grasp why ppl want to run or jog INDOORS, fucking man up and run outside.

    I thought fuji was like 6'0 or taller?

    Anyways yeah I'm 5'7 160 if I had 40lbs of muscle on me I'd be a beast.

    You must mean Planet F%^&$%#. I agree, I couldn't find a dumbbell over 65 lbs, nor a squat rack. Then I started thinking about how on earth I would do deadlifts... and went right back to the "out of the way" gym that actually has weights as its primary feature...
