    You wouldn't believe how many people I see doing squats with terrible form; it made me very happy to see how good yours was. In my opinion you should have no problem hitting 500 by May 19th. 500's an exciting one, I remember getting all pumped when I got it (whole gym stopped and stared hah). Best of luck!

    Great stuff Chariy and Knucks, good luck with your targets!

    I'm having trouble with my squats; they are far behind on my dead lifts and bench even though I squat just as often.
    Could it have anything to do that I used to run a lot? (4-5 times a week, 50-70k total)
