Random health and exercise thoughts

    That's what I figured, I'm just over thinking like usual. I know getting my basic strength up with main lifts / compound movements is more important right now, but I also know that I have some jeans and work chinos that don't have much thigh room and I don't want to fuck that up. Obviously, that doesn't happen overnight or anything (and I don't want to sound like one of those girls that thinks lifting weights will make her look like one of those gross body builder chicks) but I also don't want to have to lose $1000 having to B&S a bunch of pants.

    Fuji try using a gripper in your spare time, I use a Captains of Crush gripper and it defiantly helps my grip strength.

    For the record I use CoC No. 3 c. 280 lb and there's up to 365 lb which is pretty tough.

    Is it normal that the day after setting a bench pr my traps are way more sore than my chest?

    Think im gonna have to stop doing deadlifts as well as squats. Pulled 120kg for 5 today and its hurt my hip pretty bad. Doesnt usually get aggravated by deadlifts, but i guess they do stress it. The muscle must be partially torn and i just keep re-injuring it.

    to state the obvious here, you ever thought about actually visiting a sports physician to you know clear out that injury you have there?

    Was able to take a video today of my squat form to verify my depth was good. I was very happy with it. I did cheat by an inch or so on one of the reps of my final set, but other than that it was great.:embar:

    lol, have thought about it but they will likely just tell me to rest it. Which is easier said than done.

    Pick a technical sport, then you have to focus on something and its not retarded.

    Running is horrible.

    speaking of cardio, I bought a bike this week! Going to ride it to the gym and work. So hopefully will never have to do cardio.
