There's a thread on bodybuilding.com where you post pics and they will tell you, most of them are pretty accurate.

I'm not a member there and somehow it feels a bit strange just to register for that...maybe it's just me.

Also almost everyone that inhabits bb is a dumb bro. I was going to register but after reading like 5 threads I gave up and left.

    feels bad man.

i like it, but I think i'm pretty much the target audience, overly gung ho lifter, aged 16-25 who finds trolling dating websites to get nudes to be the pinnacle of humour and thinks women give a fuck up about my quads.

If you can sift through the waves upon waves of broscience and bullshit there's some good stuff on bb.

Gonna try flat barbell bench today, don't think I've done it this year. Brb getting pinned by 1 plate because I forgot how to do the form and end up dropping it on my chest.

Finally hit 185 3x5 on the bench, I think paused benches helped. On the other hand, neck is feeling consistently sore post work-out, almost like a kink after sleeping on it funny. Anyone have any good ideas to address this? Do you guys ever foam roll the neck or do neck stretching?

    start from this

do not read SS for advice on oly lifts. cleans are hip action and 3rd pull, doing it the rippletits' way usually involves a lot of overpulling and staying on your toes too long to get that 'triple extension' or whatchamafuckcallit. knucks' link to everett's site is good.

also have bigger comps coming up in may. I'm pondering on whether or not licensing myself as a lifter and doing the whole shebang... I kinda feel that a 180 total @ 77 would be attainable by then if I trained well.. but I don't want to go in underprepared with shitty lifts either (and yes, I just realized the irony of this part).

and 180 is still shit tier obviously, I just feel it's a good starter goal, 80 snatch and a lmao2plaet cj would be enough to secure it.

    e. why is this forum so retarded

Ok switching back to incline db, worst workout in a while hate all flat benching. Also forgot how horribly uncomfortable powerlifting form for the bench was.
