Erm high 190s like 198. Not very lean yet, still thinking probably mid teens bf%. First thing that gets lean on me is legs, already have veins through my upper quad and calves. Im thinking once im low 180s Ill be very cut.
Felt really achey today, didn't feel good during squats so I did some prowler work. 100kg on the prowler for 10 50m sprints, killed me, prowler induced bulimia.
How long have you been cutting? First ~10lbs is just water heh.
Im not really cutting, I did for like 2 weeks then wanted to get strength gains and eat smoked salmon on bagles again. Im still 12lb down, but that was obviously just water weight. Getting dat der thermogenics tomorrow, which should help with self control when I decide to cut properly.
Right, you either need to go balls out and cut or not. Can't flip flop man, gets you no where.
Can never decide what grip is best on bench. For ages was using index finger on the rings, then changed to pinky on rings, last week it was middle finger and today pinky again. Only managed 5,3,3 with the weight that i managed 5,5,4 with on sunday...feelsbad, maybe creatine did help me.
Well of course the closer your grip is the harder its gonna be b/c the bars gotta travel further. Personally, I do index finger on the rings.
I do ring finger on the rings. Probably need to go a bit wider. Wing span is about 6'6".
Any suggestions to find out my fat % fairly accurately? I don't trust those bio impedance scales at the gym and don't have a one of those skin-fold measuring things.

Got a lot of tips on my powerclean form from one of the trainers. It's not that different from the kettlebell clean so i picked it up pretty quickly. will probably film to iron out kinks once i'm doing a respectable weight.
Those electronic bf scales are completely useless.
If you don't want to put any effort into getting your bf tested, then there is not "accurate" way to calculate your bf%.
The following is a rough estimate of bf%..
I think cracking 10%, based on that photo, is my goal. Probably a bit less than 14% right now.
Guess I'm at 12% or so then. Single digits would be nice
When I weigh myself my bf% apparently goes from about 25 to 22 just from taking a dump. I guess that must be my body shitting out the excess calories I've eaten. Based on those pictures I'm probably about 18 or 19.
