Thanks for your answer. So you can get a max score of 300 there?
I actually do weighted chin and pull ups; I'm not quite sure how many I can do with just bodyweight. I'll try it out sometime though.

Knees are starting to feel fatigued. Going to have to change up the workout for a while to maintain intensity while directly avoiding excessive knee movement - aka BROWORKOUT

anyone have any ideas? the pain hasn't gone away. i'm still making gains and it doesn't affect lifting but i'm concerned that it could become a problem as i have no idea what it is. should i be concerned?

That depends on your age, weight, bf%, training, diet (calories each day, daily macros, duration), goals and time frame to reach goals.

Well I officially went stupid today and bought 28 tupperwares so I can prepare all of my meals for the entire week at once so they're all just grab and go, we'll see how it goes. Also adding back in my PWO shake, I think my loss stopped because my metabolism's in the shitter.

Also starting a Lean Xtreme/BURN stack to run til this cut's done finally.

I don't mean to burst your bubble or knocked you down but seeing your picture and seeing how long this cut is going, the last things you need are supplements.

How long have you been cutting? It seems like it's been a while.

Guys who have actually been lean and muscular before can feel free to chime in, but from the sounds of it, you've been eating at a deficit for so long (even with the stretches of bad eating/drinking considered) that you may have to eat at or above maintenance for a while. Eating at a deficit for so long may have thrashed your metabolism.

Gonna try powercleans today to start up with a barbell complexes workout once or twice a week. Any particular tips? I'll film it to make sure my form is good but from what I gather from the ss wiki, it's basically a really hard deadlift+shrug to catch, with no arm engagement at all? How much calf explosiveness should I include, if any?

Just saw this, what weight are you at here? From the looks of things, I see very little definition (though you may hold fat differently, as many people do..). My back is the first thing that really gets "shredded"
