re: broscience for girls (is there an actual term for this?)

handful of females in my fb news feed... stuff like juice fasts and going gluten free for a month type of bullshit pops up all the time. i stupidly hopped into one of those discussions asking what the goal was... lots of "well-being" type of shit. sit back. observe what other girls respond with.

yup. somehow they think this'll "get rid of that last few lbs of tummy fat". i've never seen a guy go on any diets like these (unless it's like, a meat-fast or doing keto or some shit)

when one starts thinking about food as fuel for the body, dieting becomes successful. for many though, this'll never happen - for them food is a crutch or a best friend and this just makes it that much harder to set the proper macros and whatnot that ensures fat loss.

Corny, but it's true. There's not a food I eat regularly that I'm disgusted by, but there are a lot of days where I'd sure as hell rather be eating a pizza than more chicken. There's certainly a time and place for the junk within the confines of a "healthy" lifestyle (cheat meals, and for some, cheat days). Overall, though, it's a much tougher hill to climb if you perceive food as entertainment rather than something to help you hit your physical and aesthetic goals.

Nah shes like 5'7" or 5'8" I think pretty tall, think its more of a mobility issue not leg length issue. You did not like my attempt at getting as many memes as possible into a post?
