I do no chins or lat pull downs, surprised my back has any width, I only do t bar rows, shrugs, cleans and deads. Sent photo to GF and asked if she was miring , told me she didnt give a **** about my back and just my front torso, feels bad man.

15ish? They're pretty small. Yeah I'd say 14-16% If I don't eat before I go to bed I can usually see ab outline in the morning.
