    I think a bit of that is overkill. If overhead gives you trouble, ok fine, if it doesn't, why bother?

    Post-workout lunch:

    4 Chicken Breasts + olive oil + ketchup + Valentina's Hot Sauce + Chopped Garlic and Chives + sea salt + pepper.

    Sauteed until cooked through.

    Holy shit that looks amazing. Right now I don't have much to eat, a pound of grassfed ground beef but I don't feel like grilling

    Already worked through my costco haul of 3 lbs ground turkey, 2 6 lb bags of chicken breast, 2 2 lbs bags of shrimp and 2 big bags of stir-fry vegetables. Still have my big ass bag of edamame though.

    What can I pair meatballs with that aren't pasta? I make awesome meatballs but they're hard to pair with veggies.

    I was going to melt some not-shitty cheese and tomato sauce and make a wrap but that doesn't solve my veggie problem

    I hate holding a ton of water, especially when it's not even a product of eating a lot of shitty food. Sodium intake the last two days was a bit higher than what I shoot for and I'm sitting here bloated as hell despite drinking a ton of green tea and taking dandelion root.

    GN: Get a spaghetti squash. Half it, put face down on baking sheet, bake for 30 minutes at 350, and let cool a bit. If you didn't overcook it, running a fork through the squash should result in something that looks and tastes very close to spaghetti.

    Learned a pretty cool assistance movement yesterday in training. The chinese style snatch/clean pull w/ knee rebend... I'm thinking this'll be a superior alternative to regular pulls for main lift assistance as they incorporate the timing and 3rd pull aspects of the lifts as well. As opposed to just pulling off the floor and popping the hips in regular pulls.

    e. oh yeah, had to pimp out my adistars for the new adipowers come at me gear whoring
