You struck me as more of a Pina Colada man.

Fucking hell that was hard. Pushed a 100kg prowler about 500m low handles 500m high handles, legs are on fire.
Finish workout, consume banana and protein shake, get home, eat 100g brown rice, 6 eggs, veg....put down fork....immediatley starving again. Good indicator of a good workout?
acquired milk protein isolate from myprotein for £10 per kilo, worth a try for half price. Also got a foam roller to sort out my hip.
Gym was empty today except me and the new, enthusiastic and very attractive receptionist.

How do I convince my friend who can't even squat BW that he doesn't need westside methods to increase his squat? He's doing box squat doubles with 30kg to "increase his dynamic strength". Not long until he adds some chains.
