Got the 2.5M parallel breakers. I think they're the same material as the APT convicts. More rigid than the Titan THP. Probably the stiffest knee wraps on the market. I'm ready to turn the back of my knees into hamburger meat.

More rigid then the THP? Damn. I use THPs for wrist wraps and they're really stiff, can't imagine using something stiffer for wraps. I just have 2m inzer knee wraps, use them maybe once a month on like a 1-3rm squat. May use them and a belt on like a set of 20x80kg for the lolz.

Just had the triple-McDouble recommended elsewhere in this thread. Tasted kind of like a philly cheesesteak.

no i recommended the half-bread double-meat footlong chicken breast from subway.

I'm kind of regretting the mcdonalds decision right now though. I feel a little gross.

    Nutritional Comparison:
Half Bread Double Meet Chicken breast @ Subway:(Fixed)

    Triple McDouble:mad: McDonalds

    McDouble is cheaper by $2.

Holy crap. They just got here. They are the exact same material as my convict wrist wraps.

    I'm terrified.

Success. I was doing the first thing the guy said not to - bar too far back and trying to go back even more as I squatted = back fucked up.

Just tried my knee wraps on for the first time ever..

Makes the pain of super tight wrist wraps and hands going numb feel like a walk in the park.

These are a whole 'nother level of sadistic pleasure.

yeah wraps are insane. you know it's a good wrap when you can't bend your legs unless there is at least 400 lbs on your back.

Inzers are shit then. That or I'm shit at wrapping them (more likely). As a recreational lifter I don't really need convicts though to be fair.

Haha that's pretty much what my coach told me. Won't be able to hit parallel with anything less than 365.

He walked me through the wrapping technique via webchat a couple hours ago. And then told me to squat and think I got halfway to parallel and couldn't move any farther.

My feet started turning all shades of purple/red 30 seconds after the wrap was completed. Have to learn how to time my wrapping so I don't mistakenly wrap them too late at the competition. Or too soon and have to walk out with numb feet and calves.

This foam roller might just be the best thing I've ever purchased. My back feels so good right now. I'm an idiot for waiting so long to get one.
