    I farted during deadlifts yesterday. It was very uncomfortable and awkward.

    Walked into the locker room and farted my brains out yesterday before i did squats specifically for this reason

    I farted on my spotter when he was doing the yes homo back squat spot.


    Just found out my gym bro is going to uni in London too, fuuuuark 3 more years of of lifting together <3

    Wednesdays are always the slowest for me. M, T, Th, and Fri, I train. Fri, Sat, and Sun, I stuff my face with a mountain of pizza, burgers, and ice cream.

    Wednesdays are such a bore :\



    At least my wraps come in today so I have that to look forward to.

    I love knee wraps, makes getting out of the hole really easy. I've had bad sessions all week, need to get used to training again, this is why I never have weeks off. Also I seem to have lost the motor skills required to push press even with weight lower then my over head press I can't do it, cannot seem to push with my arms and use leg drive at the same time. Found a better way to do lateral raises, usually I do them with a dumbbell in each time, but I find if I hold onto a incline bench with 1 arm and only use the other arm I can use much more weight and get a better pump.
