No, not the T-bar style. Where you stand perpendicular to the bar and row it from the plate loading end. Fuck this is annoying me that I can't remember it.

Well then this thread just got a whole lot better.

damn shit tier country, can't find steel-cut oats anywhere. Rolled oats, sure but everyone's always blarging about steel-cut oats being the masterrace, so I'd much like to give them a shot.

what are you aiming for? you are going to crush this, if i remember last time you were the lightest guy in your class, what are you going to lift at?

    need dat for cut pix

and i gave up on fitocracy too, it was fun for a bit but became tedious after awhile. like GN said, some shit is wayyy unbalanced and as a bonus the forums are completely full of rape and fail.

Yeah, and this time around I will probably be the lightest guy in my weight class again. I'm currently 192-193 without a water cut. I'm competing in the 198s again, against guys walking around at 205-215 :)

I won't have a better estimate of my third attempts til the end of the first week of April.

But I would like to hit a 1375 total at least. Probably ~470 squat, ~330 bench, ~555 deadlift

I'm hoping to have an elite total in 198s by early next year.

dude..cut down to 181..should be so easy to drop water weight. doesn't make any sense to compete at a higher weight class.

It would make a lot of sense if I want to compete in 181s. But I plan to get up to 205-210 sooner or later while I build up strength so I can compete in the 198s. And hopefully break some state/national/(world lol) records in the future.

And come on.. you and I both know that there's no real point of me dropping down to 181s right now. Even if I drop weight to make it to 181s, there's going to be seasoned 181s that are going to open with my third attempts lol. I'd rather just compete for myself and get stronger/heavier in the process.
